Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your Floraborne gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@floraborne.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship it back to us using the provided return address

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the replacement item is a different price, we'll adjust the charge accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we'll cover the return shipping.
